Our fleet of 5 trucks and 3 service vans provide next day delivery and service to the Central Iowa and Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area.

IDMS, Inc. account managers are educated on the industry before they hit the street. Account managers must first work in the warehouse, ride on delivery trucks, work in purchasing and accounting then sit in Customer Service until they are ready to serve you

Full Service & Repair

IDMS, Inc. offers sales, installation and repairs of floor machines, commercial laundry, warewash systems and coffee equipment. Plus we sell a full line of supplies that work with each.

Our Service Department

IDMS, Inc. provides full warranty and repair service on every piece of equipment we sell. Our service department is authorized to provide service on Nilfisk Advance, NSS Enterprise, Betco, and Koblenz floor equipment. Expert installation and maintenance on laundry equipment, commercial warewash machines, and coffee equipment, plus we sell and service the chemical dispensing systems that support both. We provide regularly scheduled preventative maintenance services to check for proper chemical flow, water temperature, pressure and PH and we regularly replace the pump tubes to prevent service failures. Delivering Your Orders

At IDMS, Inc. delivering your orders on time and in good condition is paramount. That’s why we operate a modern fleet of 5 delivery trucks that are replaced with newer models every 5-7 years. Our trucks are operated by professional drivers who all have a CDL – Commercial Drivers License. All our drivers are also DOT HazMat Certified to transport any type of DOT regulated chemical that needs careful handling. Our professional Field Service Team drive modern repair vehicles that carry most of the parts needed for basic repairs. If you see us on the road, wave to our friendly drivers and technicians.

Meet Our Team

Todd Weidmaier

CEO

Todd purchased IDMS, Inc. in 2017 from Bill, Todd joined Iowa-Des Moines Supply in 1996 and was responsible for training and supporting the Account managers and their accounts. Todd also managed several major accounts.

Prior to Iowa-Des Moines Supply, Todd was in a sales/management position with Golden Valley Supply, and a sales position with WESCO Distribution.

Todd graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.

Jill Roling

General Manager

Jill joined Iowa-Des Moines Supply in 2001. Jill was promoted to General Manager in 2018, prior to this she worked in our purchasing department. Jill’s responsibilities include financial administration, office management, human resources, and computer network administration.

Jill graduated from University of Northern Iowa with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
